Safety culture is just one similar part of the organizations safety management connections. The term Safety Culture is used to refer to the manner in which the workplace is managed for safety and protection. It frequently replicates the attitudes, beliefs, perceptions and values that employees share in relation to safety (Cox and Cox, 1991). It was after the Chernobyl disaster that the bm of the safety culture developed. The disaster brought into focus the significance of the safety culture and the effects and influence of the gentle and managerial elements upon the safety performance. INSAG in the year 1988 had introduced the usage of the term safety culture in its heavyset Report on the Post-Accident Review Meeting on the Chernobyl Accident.
